With thanks to The Seventies North Bank, I've just had a look an' listen to this great short film about some fine bands and musicians from Southend and Canvey from the early 1960s up to the '80s >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPjhnhk7iaE < including The Paramounts, Procol Harum, Mickey Jupp, The Kursaal Flyers, the Feelgoods, Wilko, Eddie & The Hot Rods and Alf. Steve Hooker gets a look in too. Nice story from Lew Lewis about how Lee Brilleaux sorted out his harmonica problem ...
