I don't think MM is telling the truth. How can he be happy with the squad. We are miles away from being competitive.

Sorry MM i support you and believe you can do the job here at Southend but if you are happy with this squad you have then you need to take the blinkers off and get a reality check. RM also needs to take his blindfold off if he believes we wil be pushing for promotion ,For starters you have strikers that couldnt hit the back off a barn door from 2 metres out , you dont score goals you dont win its as easy as that. And thats just for a start ,need a decent GK also sorry Mr Oxley .Address those positions first then maybe ,just maybe we can stay in this league to begin with .
