Absolutely! Allowing schools, clubs or parents to bring kids free will pay dividends in the medium to long run
I agree. We haven't done the kids for a quid for a while either. We do need to start looking into those initiatives.

A new stadium does help with that though, when you actually have facilities to take advantage of. I'm thinking of simple promotions that you could use with the food outlets for kids etc. Free kids meal with an adult and child ticket for example. You can't do things like that at Roots Hall!
 
Be interesting to see how a Friday night game works for the club financially? If they get a big crowd (i.e. at least as big as they would on the sat) there is the added bonus of income from the steaming that would not be available on the sat?
 
I seem to remember the south lower being cheaper than other stands in the late 90's and was pretty packed most matches.

Perhaps it'd be worth bringing that back rather than all seats costing the same
