Anyone recommend a decent one in the SE Essex area?
I'm running the Great Baddow 10mile road race on Sunday and after ten weeks of training my calves are a little sore after running, I could do with all the help I can get ahead of the race as I want to beat my four colleagues that are also running it!
Thinking a sports massage might be a good idea ahead of it, so if any of you runners or athletes have any decent recommendations then let me know. Attractive lady masseuses preferred ;)
