Im glad that charlie will get another chance in league football and provided he gets the games he will do well. At league two level he should score 15+ league and cup goals.
I think 50k for hooper is a bargain. I would have said 80-100k for him would have been more realisitic given his age and the fact that i watch the man u game yesterday and he played really well.

Yup, wish Charlie really well, and hope he gets a good run in his new team.
Very sorry to see Hooper go, but I think with him the initial price isn't as important as making sure that we have a solid gold sell on clause.

I sent a link to an earlier SZ thread (about Brentford having bid for C Mac)to a Brentford supporting mate of mine, and his response was:
"Never heard of him. Is he better or worse than Matt Harrold?" (You'll recall that Harry used to play for the Bees).
How should I have responded, do we think?
