The article does mention the new stadium twice. The first time it talks of a stadium they hope (my italics) will be built two years down the road.The second mention becomes far more confident............"when it's built two years from now".
Personally, if we avoid administration in the next week, I think there will be surprise from many on here, just how quickly things will get under way. Well before Christmas we shall start to get photos on here re the development of FF. (just my opinion!......no evidence to back it up).
