Breaking News Support The Team Not The Regime! New update 24/11

A few beers down the Railway to celebrate?

I don't know, which is why I said we need to find a way, somehow. Heads need to come together and ideas/solutions thrown about. Shareholders/Staff/Directors/Fans all need to find a way forward.

We need to attempt to build a new and solid foundation for our excellent team and staff to thrive upon. New owners, a new lease of life, the proper tools and positivity to make this club the best it can be.

The way it's going they are all going to be undermined and will leave. Circle repeats itself.
People can walk out of and when they want. but that won’t force Ron to sell. Nothing will.

At least your honest.

Mutiny sounds very appealing to hard done by crew but what happens when Captain Ron walks the plank. At the very least you need some officers who can sail the ship....Officers with a hansom some of guinea in their purse

The likes of Carl wont be interested because the land wont come with it if Ron is forced out.....It could drag on longer with the council now having second thoughts. So then what?... a go fund me page every week.

If it then becomes a non starter for any decent business man we end up with Ron 2....Someone who would build a cheaper version of Col U's stadium because that his only way of making money?

Thats more or less what happened to Wrexham about 15 years ago and they dropped into the NL the next year.....Hollywood or not they are still here.

I don’t think Ron will ever sell. So I worry the club in its current form will go down with him. But it can always be restarted but would have to be somebody who was willing to part with an awful lot of money in hope of a real estate deal that may never materialise .

He is getting older, it’s not the best interest for his family’s to keep an hold of our club, he need to sell the club, then enjoy his retirement without any endless of abuses.

Can someone please CONFIRM exactly which other clubs fans have donated to our appeal?

I've heard folk mention Oldham and Notts County, but unlike obvious twitter evidence from Wrexham folk I can't see anything from other fans for those or other clubs, but I've probably missed it amongst the deluge of all other posts etc

I'll then do a similar tweet from SUEPA to other contributing club fans as I did for Wrexham earlier as that tweet seemed to work quite well with over 60 likes which may well have led to other donations.

Thanks

He won’t. I don’t like this fact but I can’t see him ever selling. Thats what’s so frustrating. I’m not sure the club has a realistic buyer either as even if he sells he can still develop the flats as it’s run by his sons company

So as it stands and whether you agree with the sentiment or not, there has been a £40k loan from the Shrimpers Trust, a £40k loan from PG Site Services and approaching £15k via the gofundme. So getting on for a £100k bailout.

Just how much is Ron underfunding our club by exactly?

The club is relying on the best part of £100k of handouts. Not sustainable. Won't give up a slice, won't invite offers, won't listen.

He needs to go, immediately. Not fit or proper. His position is untenable.

Sorry, but we need to find a way somehow.

But, in the short term focus needs to go back to the fundraising for our staff, not arguing about whether loans are right or wrong. It's clearly a necessity right now or a number of people aren't getting paid. This gofundme needs to raise as much as possible.

What we need is fully published accounts, which will highlight the scale of the problem and exactly where we are overspending.

Is this why they haven't been submitted? To make the whole situation very vague and not open to scrutiny to any interested parties? If i am wrong please correct me........
