Apologies, I could have written this to a number of posts but didn’t have the time earlier.

With respect, you are basically calling the Trust idiots. Do you not think they have the same concerns? Do you not think they will ensure that this is done “right” Its actually really insulting to ask this, it’s like asking a grown man if he has tied his shoelaces

I didn’t think the Trust committee had to spell this out as frankly is bloody obvious that they are going to ensure the money goes to the people that need it and doesn’t go to Ron

I do not like or agree with your post. Personally I think you should read my post and see what it actually says. Making your antagonistic comment is typical of a lot off zoners. For YOUR understanding as you are the only one to criticise I actually said ‘WHEN there is a clear statement how this money will be used and distributed’ I will donate. This, from what I have read has not been posted. Why don’t you read all the posts (again) and see the concerns people are voicing over how the Trust and PG loans have and are being used. I think I am entitled to know how money I give, not loan, is to be distributed. If you think that is insulting the Supporters groups you are living a completely different word to me. I have no doubt it will be handled correctly but I would like to know how. I do not think that is unreasonable or (bloody) insulting.

the immediate concern would be getting funds to pay players and staff bills -

However on your final point, defending Martin as usual in hold on to nurse for fear of something worse mode, no one knows what would happen if he were to be forced out or sell up. Until you put your house on the market, you don't know what the interest might be. What is obvious is that things could not be worse than they are at present.

7 million pound revenue in 2019 accounts ...

10 staff on 100 k = 1 million

10 staff on 70k = 700k

10 staff on 30k = 300k

thats 2 million ...

we have Roots Hall - possession is 9/10ths of gthe law ... we can pay rent and manage the property - once RM is toast we are cool and dandy ..

sure we can consider relocating to FF but I woud expect the developers to be falling over backwards to entice us there

To be honest i think most fans who truly love Southend United would rather see us ground share whilst looking or getting a new stadium than see the club perish. Maybe eventually this may happen to get rid of this snake from our club, Perhaps this way we also may get a decent new owner ,Who knows all i know is my club is bleeding and needs a lifeline not a flatline ,here is a club we some of if not the best supporters in the land ,a club run properly has so much potential. The club was formed in the Blue Boar over 100 years ago, perhaps we need to go back to the beginning and start again, and rise from the ashes .

You can't base anything on the 2019 accounts as they're so out of date as of today.

RM doesn't want help from anyone, he wants all the glory, and profit, for himself.

One thing RM is not is stupid, he is very savvy and the club debt is orchastrated in such a way that it is all owed to himself or group companies. He holds all the cards and has SUFC pants down, over a barrel. If the Club goes bust he still owns the land and PP for 100's of homes which far outweighs what he'd lose in owed 'debt'.

It's a win/win for RM, not so much for SUFC.

agree with you. However I think there’s some fans who dream of the new stadium and want to be a ‘big’ club no matter the cost and others who will benefit from their association with the club who want to keep it how it is.

Roots halls is expensive to maintain though. Not coming from me just what I’ve been told every time I ask why not stay at the hall. Plus I think Ron’s company has the right to demolish it sadly club or no club.
