Table after Round 5

With so many points being won this week its no surprise that the table has seen a dramatic shift about this week, Drastic Sturgeon who has been top since Round 1 now finds himself 10= while Lucky Luca and Cyril Sneer who were among a quintet of players tied for 2nd now find themselves down in 14th and 15= respectively .. another of those formally 2= takes over the leadership so hats off to Tinks who has cast her spells to devillishly good effect so far this season, though her lead may be short-lived as ldnfatso has bounded up 16 places into 2nd with his round topping score

Elsewhere Cricko, Shrimpersarmy, The Big Shrimp and chapperzUK move up into the top ten, and keep a check on ol blue eyes who missed the first round or two but is quickly into his stride and this week breaks into the top 20. Finally one new entry this week, with southend4life in at 39, he'll doubtless make strides up the table in the coming weeks as the deadwood is left behind

A generally poor week for the front runners (5 of last weeks top 6 lost their cup matches) enabled the chasing pack to close the gap most notably Shrimpersarmy who leaps from 7th to joint top, impressive strides were also made by young Luca and everyones favourite pensioner, but with matches coming thick and fast at the moment no doubt it'll be all change again after Tuesdays paintpot cup tie with the Gills
