If it's only a mile away, then surely it's walkable. Anyone remember the walk to that pub at Yeovil through that housing estate? Can't be worse than that.

Always met in Spread before games, moved to the Highlands last year, came down for the Walsall & Col U games, went to hallowed Spread - Dave the Rave wouldn't take my Scottish £20 (little disappointed - perhaps my Scottish £10 might not be accepted either!), swapped said £20 with market trader standing next to me, Dave the Rave accepted said £20 - market trader quote: 'That's probably more dodgy than the one you gave him, sterling is sterling. See you next season - Highland Shrimper

The scenes from inside The Spread at about half seven, eight o'clock after the Bristol City game will live with me forever.

Packed to the rafters with flags waving and songs being sung, the building was literally rocking!
