The man himself said it should have been scrapped, set up as a temporary measure yet 30 year's on our taxes are given away hand over fist.

Barnett
Overseas aid
EU membership

Staggering amount of our cash given away.

The Barnett formula needs to be retained so we can divvy up the national debt fairly in May when Scotland secedes.

My understanding of Barnett formula (which I admit is limited) is that the proportion of extra funding given to Scotland Wales and NI is that England gets the same in proportion in relation to population? If that is the case, I’m not sure I understand how this is taxes given away?

Foreign aid I have no problem with in theory if it gets to the right people

My understanding of the Barnet formula is that we periodically buy their best players for peanuts and then they get relegated.
