Billy Best.Any clue on the other one?
Let me guess, RangerHe's not the only ex-SUFC player there today.
Even at 79 he sounds a better proposition than some of our current bunchBilly Best.
He's not the only ex-SUFC player there today.
Halford ?Elvis ?
Who else? He's not the only ex-SUFC player there today.
This looks like thrashing around to me. Harry Phillips looks a much better prospect than Josh Wright but I guess Harry is no longer PB's "cup of tea". How the Chairman is prepared to finance such incoherence is astonishing. RM really needs to get a grip quickly.Confirmed that is Josh Wright. (In that Mark Phillips has confirmed the pic is of the SUFC training ground..)
I said at the start of this thread that it would be a good time to chill out and see what develops. I reckon I stand by that as nothing is for certain yet.And there are those who thought we’d hit rock bottom already….

Thank you Benjamin FranklinOnly death and taxes........and "Another season of struggle for struggling Southend United."
Is he one of the new signings?Thank you Benjamin Franklin
Too young and pacey for usIs he one of the new signings?
Heard he was pretty electrifying earlier in his career tooToo young and pacey for us
He could have crammed in heaps of 10k runs in that time. Not comparing us to Arsenal in the slightest but they looked a different side after the enforced break. The next 3 matches are crucial for our season and a low points return would push Phil Brown out of the door methinks... no incomings as far as I am aware of yet but let’s hope this 2 week break has given Phil and the team valuable training time to reset and kick our season off. COYB...
I just did one in my lunch break today, if that helps. He could have crammed in heaps of 10k runs in that time.
Not really.....what I'd give for a lunch break!I just did one in my lunch break today, if that helps.
I whole heartedly agree but that wikipedia is rubbish, our very own King Billy Best is just 78 years young and was born on the 7th.September 1943.Even at 79 he sounds a better proposition than some of our current bunch
