The Owl Man

Mad Cyril

The Fresh Prince of Belfairs⭐⭐🦐
I haven't seen him for a while, ditto Savo the clown, Patagonian pan pipe outfits and native American percussion duos.

Does anyone know what's going on? Have they been run out of town by the accordion players that now seem to have a stranglehold on street entertainment in Southend?

He was in the highstreet Saturday just gone.

Also there were this fantastic pair of drummers from Colchester. Something a bit different to your average singer, and the biggest crowd i have seen around musicians in the High Street probably ever.

I think the Owl guy is just too old now so maybe that explains why he hasn't been around for a while.

More importantly I havn't seen penny picker steve/pete recently??

Eastern European accordion players and the threat of finding yourself on a ship in a container on it's way to Nigeria together with a stolen high end Merc should you not put your £ in the case have put paid to the Patagonian Pan Pipe musicians from Deptford.

Still, could be worse. One end of the High Street could be full of morose Goths with severe attitude problems......................oh, wait

I'm glad The Owl Man has stopped. My daughter was about 5 at the time that he almost traumatised her by feeding chicks to the Owl. He was very insensitive.
