the tap locks on when pushed down. next time you see it running if you pull the top of the tap upwards it will stop. the tap is not running all the time mate so don't worry about the water bill!

A sincere thanks to all those that responded to my post here. They really seem to have been raining in at one stage, maybe just the odd one will leak through now.

What was best were the one or two serious responses. Either they are playing some double-take on irony or need to get a life and just go with the flow.

Well, at least we will be able to witness whether the plumbers have been round or Tes has been called back (as some are rather irrationally demanding) to stick his thumb up it.

I was getting worried about the Hall being under water come August.

See, the Grimsby nightmare has its positive side.

As a ps, haven't posted on any other thread so far after Saturday but I thought the support at Grimsby was awesome.
