Its last day for season tickets holders to get there tickets for friday, i am trying to get through on the phone but in a queue of 40+.

Anybody been down there today? is it packed with people or should i stick to the phones not sure whether to go in lunch break!!

As per my other post, can you use the on-line opition? It worked fine, as long as my Season Cards get updated we will see on Friday!

Check your 'junk/spam' email box thats where my email went.

It wasn't addressed from Southend United but from the ticket office manager 'Matthew Fletcher' & sent on the 29th April.

After waiting for ages in a longue phone queue ,was told that the credit card system has gone down and they will ring me back .
This was about 11.50a.m. today ,Tuesday .

I was down there earlier today, and they have one person answering the phone, and 3 people serving, it took me about 10 minutes to be served, and there were about 30/40 people behind me when I came out.

Either stick to the phone or order on line.

Just had that happen to me, 12:13pm. Spent 25 mins on the phone, hope that 0844 number aint expensive is it local rate? if not they gonna knock it off the ticket price!!!!!!!!! lol
