Have spent the last two days on and off the phone trying to purchase my LDV tickets before the seaso's lose their seats. I am either put on an endless loop of prerecrded advertisement telling me to buy tickets...I'M TRYING !!!, or was told to ring back later. Then Was told they'd ring me.
Nothing.
I think the shop is shut tommorow and half day on Friday?
Could someone pop their head in the club shop for me, perhaps they've been overcome with noxious fumes.
I know some bright spark will tell me that they're busy. Like all good businesses its a supply and demand. If there's a demand then can they supply more people to help?
One of the first things Karrren brady did when she took over at Birmingham was sort out the ticket office, it, she said, was more important to sort out the service to the fans.

I have cash. Southend please let me bung some your way?

I went to club shop yesterday about 11 to get my LDV ticket. Shop had a few customers and lady said she was shut today.
Not very busy but I think club is running on skeleton staff.

Does anyone know when the seaso's have until to reserve their seats? I still haven't got mine and I keep forgetting about it!

That's reminded me. I haven't received my ticket via the Autopay system. I presume they're running Autopay for the Swindon game as all four sides of the ground will be open. Does anyone know any different?

I've just phoned the club and asked the very same question. The person I spoke to doesn't know, but has promised to find out and give me a call back. More worryingly was the fact that she thought that we had until tomorrow to reserve our tickets!

I'll work for them in the 'avo as my job is easy money at the moment and leaves most of the day free ...

The ticket office was 'under review' on Tuesday. Basically the 'higher powers' were watching over them to see how well it is run, whether more staff are needed etc.

So does anyone know when season ticket holders have until to get their Swindon tickets then!?

Today.
Can you confirm if the Autopay system is in operation for the Swindon game? Can't see why not as the whole ground is open.

Thanks
Mark

Just got a phone call - Autopay is in operation for Swindon, although the tickets haven't been sent out yet.
