I know some here have called for Tillys head etc etc, but lets look at this from his point of view, he is a manager with hardly any financial backing from his board and the players are letting him down big time at the moment, has he lost the dressing room? who knows.

How much more can he take at roots hall, he is blotting his cv at the moment, and a massive defeat at Chelsea and lack of funds in Jan may see him looking for other jobs. maybe even Forest, cos if the chance came his way im sure now he would make his move given current circumstance.

I know he aint been perfect with selection and tactics but no manager is.

Just maybe we should see it from his point of view sometimes, he has a career to look after too.
