I have it on very good authority (though cannot reveal my source) that whilst WHL is being done up, Spurs are discussing the possibility of playing at Upton Park (once West Ham go to the Olympic Stadium) for one or possibly two seasons.

Spurs favour Wembley but if this is not possible, Upton Park is their next option and discussions have taken place about both venues.

Can't imagine this will be popular with either set of fans somehow. :winking:

Rumour was they were coming up here. What would **** Spurs fans off more?

Probably financially supporting a direct and local rival by renting out West Ham's stadium while they swan about in one given to them in what has to be one of the most outrageous cases of state aid in football history.

I think the idea was that Spurs might play some games in MK - those against 'smaller' northern sides, e.g. Burnley. A bit of a 'roadshow', where they play at a number of stadia, seems most plausible.

Take it from me, this is not bollocks. I cannot say why because to reveal how I came about this info could get people in trouble but the MK option is 100% a smokescreen. Talks are in progress for Wembley and Upton Park. Fact.
