For the last 3 seasons I do treble combinations for all 4 divisions. Basically I split the league and make up trebles of fixtures from Division 1 and 2 and the Championship and Premier. I tend to do them randomly and am basically betting on more that 2.5 goals a game. In all there are 16 bets which I back at a tenner a pop. The odds tend to range from 1.6 to 2.5 to 1. Yesterday was a good day with 6 winning trebles and I need Middlesbrough today for a 7th. If I get this I will pick up around 660 quid - a 500 quid profit. Generally I need 2 winners to stay even.
As I say I have been doing this for a few years now and am up over this time - there are very few weekends where no trebles come up. The odds in the Champions League games are always higher - but they tend to be lower scoring.
