not sure about southend but here in laindon we have torrential rain, hailstones and lots of thunder and lightning. i had to make a last minute dash to my house to avoid the weather on the way home from the gym. terrible

My bedroom shook about an hour ago after thunder and lightening started here in Chelts. Been wet and hailstones for most of the day, yet this morning twas lovely.
