Tech heads,
Am planning to buy my own web hosting, am looking for unlimited bandwidth, cheap! with a good uptime history. If anyone can reccomend someone?

Also... Should I look to host on a Linux or Windows server?...and why?

Saw this package ;-Here which is wetting my appetite but will wait for some word of mouth etc....

Thanks if anyone can help.

I've seen some negative stuff from people but after e-mailing them a few times they've always responded quickly. I've been asked to do a website for my sister in law and if the web hosting works i'll do mine from there too.

I can highly recommend "Fasthosts".... reasonable price, Windows or Linux hosting (go with Linux for PHP/mySQL) and 99.9% uptime that I have experienced across about 25 sites.

Best thing is 24/7 tech support and they are always helpful and knowledgable.
