Wembley tickets

I am going to stick my neck out and say a further allocation of 5,000 would more than cover it to cater for every disappointed fan.
Hopefully you’re right. Annoyingly, we’ve still probably lost a few thousand on the gate already from floaters who were just put off from the start. You have to capitalise on the excitement and we were simply prevented from doing so.

The floaters we attract in these moments are critical for the ongoing journey of the club - just not at the expense of more seasoned fans getting tickets.

Even if everyone who really wants a ticket can get one (I still hope they’ll be able to) this farce has already cost us important revenue right now but also in the future.

I hope it’s not forgotten in the coming days and weeks because people need to be held accountable.

One memory should hold firm. The National League were super quick to punish us financially and competitively when our “leadership team” failed in their duties. If it’s good for one, it’s good for the other and this should be no different.

Not listening to Tom this morning- just from people who could get tickets online in the general sale and fans queuing in the car park they know there are 10k plus fans still trying to get a ticket?

Do we know when the meeting is? Hopefully they will release to clubs in line with need- not sure Oldham need to many more which could help us get what we need…

Wow would be fantastic if another 10K And tickets were found

There were around 10,000 in the virtual queue on Sunday afternoon. Assuming each were looking for at least 2 tickets each, that's a healthy demand. I think we could shift another 5,000+ easily as long as they are ticket only and more than a 4 ticket limit. If it's inclusive of coach, no chance. But, the longer it takes to get more online, the less chance people are going to buy. We need more online tonight/tomorrow latest.

I'd like to see 10,000 for each team, with people able to buy up to 30.

This allows for kids football teams to purchase in one group of tickets and take them on a decent day out.
Yep, I mentioned this as well. I know of at least 4 coach loads of kids/parents that want to go from my local youth football club, but due to the problems and 4 ticket limit, its a no go.

Can they not get in touch with the club, as they would count as coach tickets? (If the local club sourced their own coach?)

It honestly looks like we’re sorted for tickets now, not had an update since we passed 20k yesterday but sales are steady but relatively slow and there are clearly blocks being opened up as/if required.
It would be ridiculous if we end up with several thousand seats unused that could be transferred to you guys and I think most Latics fans would agree with that.
Hopefully sensible discussions are taking place today.
Doing the maths, we said we had 50 coaches and showing sold out (+ there were quite a few private ones so must be at least 60 total)
So, we had 21,500 open allocation plus maybe 3,000 coach “extras” = 24,500 total

I reckon we will have 22k tops based on the latest club info but who knows?!
