Wembley tickets

This whole joke sums up both our capital city, where working class football fans stand in terms of the authorities priorities and how badly run the public sector is from top to bottom.

If this was a women's football match, premier league, any religious festival or yet another protest which has FA to do with our country the authorities would be bending over backwards to make it work but we are really the bottom of the pile when it comes to getting a carrot out of this lot.

I've that problem as well, please help, getting bl**dy frustrated!!!! Tried laptop and phone.

When I tried resetting my password from the home page it didn't work.

But when I tried from the tickets page it did, I think it uses different accounts for box office vs the main site? Not sure. But with the traffic it may be unreliable anyway, I did this yesterday.

I suspect some demand has dropped off due to the ticket fiasco. For example in the lead up I was designated to try and get 8 tickets together. 4 have said don't worry about them if I can't do it - so I'm now down to 4 defos. The other 4 won't bother if they can't sit with us in the stadium, so even if more tickets are released say on Wed, if I can't get the 8 together tomorrow, those 4 sales will be lost forever.
If you select blocks not seats then I would take 4 in a block then look to get another however many you can get in the same block later- your chance much better if specific seats not selected- just get to the game nice and early:-)

This is my take on it:

The more I think about it, the more I think it's a big marketing thing and probably more to do with expenditure of the event for Wembley and the National League.

They haven't got any cat 3 tickets, so the upper deck isn't open. They always cost less but you'd have to pay for more stewards to open it, no money in it at all. This makes you buy cat 1 and 2 at a higher price but for less stewards. It also ensures the bottom levels are filled which looks good for tv.

Also, when you restrict something, human nature makes people want it more. If they left it at 40k tickets with the whole stand open for purchase, they would sell steadily through the week but probs sell less overall and have them all randomly over the ground. This way, everyone will panic buy today and they'll sell the lot and fill the entire bottom two levels. They will then probably still release more later on and pretend they 'found a solution' and look like saviours.

Feels like a huge marketing and monetary driven decision.
Don’t attribute to conspiracy what could more easily be attributed to incompetence…! Haha

Have I missed something on the Lioness line out of Euston? I can't see that that is forecast for Engineering works on 1st June & the Sunday service seem to be every 15 mins taking 20 mins to Stonebridge Park or Wembley Central.

There are so many threads I might not be able to see it for looking.
