What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Making the most of nearly past their best date.

Greek flat bread, stuffed with chilli hummous, beetroot and stilton.

And yes I will need to clean my teeth again

Still had a couple of flatbreads and beetroot left so substituted the stilton and hummous with Tickler and salad cream.

Scrambled eggs with 2 hash browns and beans.

Which nicely brings me onto my question..

How you guys like your eggs?

In order mine are:
1. Scrambled
2. Fried
3. Poached
4. Boiled

I hate bits of uncooked white so no soft boiled or sunny side up for me.

Interesting, never baked an egg. Do you do it as like a topping on pizza or something?

Prawns and mussels down Leigh old town followed up with an ice cream in Westcliff before heading back to the car parked on Two Tree island. Rather pricey and the containers seem to be ever shrinking as the years go by but happy to support local businesses at this difficult time.

That's why i buy them in either half pint or pint quantities, & consume them over 2 days unless i feel greedy!.
