Question What is making you happy today?

Popped to Loughborough with my brother today to clear the last part of my late father’s house before completion

Just walked out the pub at 11pm on a Sunday and picked up a doner

As part of the Run Free charity, my son played for Southend Airport last night in a charity game against Run Free.
Run Free are a decent team who play every week and the Southend Airport team are a bunch of rag tag players who play one a year.
Having been fearing the worst after last year's drubbing, we were all very happy that after drawing 4-4 at full time, the Airport team won 4-2 on penalties.

Most pleasing was my son scoring the first goal and setting up the second goal for the Airport team.

**£2000 was raised for the South East and Central Mind charity**

I've reached the age where you have to renew your driving licence every three years. The reminder and hard copy application form dropped through my letter box on Saturday morning. I took the on-line route to apply for my renewal and it took 20 minutes tops. My replacement licence has just arrived curtsey of Royal Mail. 5 day process, start to finish, impressive DVLA.
