The Leeds boy always took plenty of stick and I think his absence is entirely related to the Sponsorship being finished and also a certain young lady.

it happens. posters come and go. ok some my drop off the radar because of bad behaviour towards them from other posters but think most would agree that 98% of people who post on here are decent enough and post and come on here just to be in touch with news about the same subject we all share- the love for southend united. sometimes things happen in people's lifes so they cant post as much and some others may just get bored. but while these people disappear others turn up in there place. i first posted on here way back in 2003 and i reckon only a handful of people still post on here since them days. as said before sz is as popular is has ever been and i think people should remember what this forum is really for.

Too many folk with too much time on their hands IMO , same as old people if they have nothing to do all day they go around making complaints about potholes and hanging baskets hanging where they shouldn't be .

If i'm being honest most of what is posted on here is bore off material with a hatfull of posters to blame , but you know what you won't see me bad repping or grassing , not my style , worse kind of people grasses .

so instead of making this place get irritating for others i know where there are a few over hanging hanging baskets and some pot holes to be reported , do us all a favour .

Statistics never show the full picture, after all the amount of dross generated now is not shown, which would be a good indication of how the board has progressed.

Yes, there does seem to be some issues knocking around, some changes in moderators and certainly some people confusing the internet with real life.

If I were new here, I'd be put off by the never ending naval gazing and posters telling mods that the board is *****.

It maybe that the rose tinted nostalgia glasses cloud the judgement

or

It maybe that the board has become a vehicle for petty personal grudges or oneupmanship.

If you really want the board to get better, then it is down to you to do so.
