Starting in Solihull, pick up @Solihullshrimper2 early from DoE in Nottingham from a canoe, meet other two from family going direct from Solihull at ground and then eldest daughter too who is coming up from Uni in Bournemouth all based on getting tickets. So, getting to Southend for the coach is a bit difficult. Also, I am on the 👀 for a solihullshrimper3. There must be one as a nice shrimper tried to nick my flag at FGR but said silly shrimper was apprehended by me on the pitch waving it at Harry Taylor saying he got it from someone else (who had carefully untied all for corners anchoring it to a part of the stadium). Some
people 🙄.

Train via the Chiltern Line to Wembley Stadium. National Rail website quoting circa £30 return. So a coach for £40 is not looking as expensive as I first thought. Of course all this depends on me picking up just 1 little ticket for the match when they go on general sale tomorrow.

I’m on the Central Line, so will probably go to Bond st, and walk to Marylebone, taking in a few pubs en route.
Alternatively may go Bakerloo to eldest’s old Uni haunts around South Kenton/Northwick Park and cab/bus it from there.
Youngest actually goes to Uni inside Wembley Stadium, but I suspect they deactivate their passes on match-days!

It helps I'm in West London but what we are doing is going to South Ruislip station on the Central Line, a 2 mte. walk to the rail station & only go 2 stops to Wembley Stadium.

So if you want to miss the crowds at Marylebone you could jump on the Central Line (tubes terminating at West Ruislip) at Stratford/Liverpool Street or do West Ham/Mile End.

However, it will be up to a bum numbing hour on the tube so maybe not 😁

As for me my master plan depends on me getting a ticket tomorrow, so we will see 😳
See the msg on the ticket for sale etc forum for you
