Real incomes will be on the rise by the time the election comes round. Labour face a greater challenge than the Tories and as far as I can see there is no real strategy in place to help them win in 2015.
That's a bold claim given that (so far) we've only had two quarters of consecutive positive growth.A lot can happen between now and 2015.
We??!!!.....
I've voted Labour. I do not work in the public sector, I do not claim any benefits, tap related or otherwise. So rethink your argument??
If you take a look at Boris Johnson's staffing levels and the salaries he pays to his inner circle of civil servants you will be unpleasantly surprised.Yeah it must have been obvious I was referring only to them :nope: I'm talking about all the unneccessary civil servants, and bureaucrats they required to **** everything up. The Labour government created just under a million new public sector positions in ten years.
Of course I will. If it's not true in your case, how could it be true for anyone else in the country.
Who? There isn't one. I'm seriously considering not bothering to vote.
People have short memories.
The cynic in me says the lower the rating the more likely the government in power will declare war on someone (red or blue). Economic upturn may well help the Tories this time around though.
Camerscum needs his Falklands.
People often vote against a party rather than for a party. What exactly has the government done to change that? Borrowing is still increasing, cost of living is up, their claims of immigration came to nothing, we have no clear message on Europe which is bad news for investors, in London we are bombarded with airport over capacity hysteria and no indication from the government what their policy is, Education policy is to grant free school permission to people with no education background and no building for their school while forcing established schools to become academies against parents wishes, health policy was to force redundancies for a streamlining that never happened and then reemploy whilst constantly threatening to close A&E units. I've got plenty to vote against and that is why I will vote against the Conservatives.
Camerscum needs his Falklands.
Camerscum needs his Falklands.
With the poorly thought out and swingeing cuts the Tories have inflicted on our armed forces, we couldn't win back the Isle of Wight let alone the Falklands these days.
