Would you employ Tilson if you owned a large club?

Put aside your (probably slightly biased) views, and think about it seriously.

• He has no real experience at this level as of yet
• He's never had cash to work with so is unproven with the chequebook
• He's never had a "tricky" period in his career to negotiate to date (barring the first few months)

But...

• His track record thus far is one of the best in the entire football league
• He's obviously a great motivator and gets the best out of people (with one obvious exception it'd seem)
• He's passionate and knows the game inside out
• He's young and got years ahead of him
• He's good at working with small, over-achieving squads and spotting gems

Just got me thinking; we naturally rate him very, very highly, but if you owned a big club, is he technically a "risk"? Is this winning streak closely aligned to him being a Shrimper at heart, or do you think he'll be Premiership material in years to come?
