Went along to Lords yesterday.

Good crowd, cracking atmosphere and really tense stuff from ball one, with as dramatic a finale as you could ever have hoped for.

All for £5.00 entrance money. You have to like those numbers!
 
Hampshire appear to have been un-relegated from Division 1, sending Durham down, due to financial irregularities! :omg:

So that's another shorter away trip for us! :cool:

Should have been an ever shorter away trip. IMO they should have reinstated the 2nd promotion spot they took away from div 2 this season and Kent should have been promoted. Hants are a big club though and money talks

Interesting signing.

Decent-ish pedigree and importantly can hold a bat - something that's vital for us now we've lost Napier.

I hope we don't go any further down the route of Kolpaks/loophole signings. That's Dixon, Quinn, Zaidi and Harmer signed by Silverwood (and RtD already there).

Mark Waugh was also fined for accepting payments from bookmakers; Salim Malik is currently serving a lifetime ban for match-fixing; whilst Don Topley admitted match-fixing as well:blush::sad::'(
 
I agree.

He'll be a real handful. Left arm over in English conditions against county opposition.

Our bowling attack, even without Masters & Napier, could be really formidable next summer.
 
First T 20 versus Surrey, revenge needed for loss last year, in which we should have won
