New Stadium name?

I still like 'The Ron Martin Memorial Stadium'.

After all, He was the one to make this all happen. Ron Martin... LEGEND!!!

Naming rights is a huge area for brands at the moment and I expect the new stadium to certainly be sponsored. I work with a sports marketing agency that broker the deals on naming rights and our new stadium is on their hitlist.

Interesting. Being in the know as you are, any ball-park ideas on the fees such a relationship could and should generate?

I will ask the question and revert back. I did hear an alledged rumour..that the new indoor ski centre that has opened at the Trafford Centre and resides adjacent to the M60 motorway (busiest in Greater Mcr) were after £800k a year for the naming rights. It is a huge landmark that hundreds of thousands of people drive by each week.

i think the sponsership will be in the region of a few million and will last for about 10 years rather than a couple. its completely different to having a shirt sponsership where it is just on the front,l mean they would get an entire stadia named for their company.
Maybe the "stadt de insure and go"
or "RBS camp"
the money will depend on whether we are in the championshiup or not aswell. which we need to be after next season or tilly wont be here anymore, Ron wont want this stadium if we are not in the championship!

Whatever name it's given, FF should always be The Blue Camp. (See what I did there?)

Don't mind if a sponsor wants to call it something - we should still refer to it by another name that won't change when the sponsor money runs out.

See..............

Fossetts Stadium,
Bluedome,
The Ron Martin Memorial Stadium (He was the one to make it all happen),
The Blue Camp.

They are the ones that I thought of, From the list above, I like The ShrimperDome, very clever.
