It's a football kit, not high fashion. It's blue, it's not an overly garish design so it's OK (nothing more, nothing less) by me. I never get too excited about the kit one way or another to be honest.
 
Our new kit has been made for FIFA 12 (PC) now after I requested it on Soccer Gaming. Will give it a whirl later :happy:
 
Bringing back yellow for the away strip would be nice. I wonder...
 
Just been looking at the club shop for a shirt for my lad. Have to say the new shirt has really grown on me.

Probably going to get him one, but will wait to see what the away shirt is like first.
 
Agreed. The new shirt looks much better close up.

Is definately better than Millwall shirt.

Still not a fan of the dark socks. Plus there is no crest or logo. Just plain, boring dark blue socks. They are not specifically Southend United socks.
 
white socks can :censored: off in my opinion :punch: , navy socks are southend united !!! , i also hate anyone the refers to us as the blues ...:facepalm:WE ARE THE SHRIMPERS !!!! :thump:

Right on we should wear blue, Southend are blue through and through! Anyone who refers to us as the Blues is nuts, whats blue got to do with Southend ?! Er.....

The rebranding from The Shrimpers always been a bit daft, but whatever the signposts on the A127 say thats what we will always be whatever the marketing department say.

Blue socks are fine, would be nice with white trimming though.
