are you aware of his casino 'empire' that left him on the verge of bankruptcy? Maybe the sniffing in the debates indicates that his sense of smell still hasn't recovered.
I'm not sure if the US will do ok if the Mexicans refuse to pay for the wall and his fellow patriots follow his example of being 'smart' and not paying tax, where does the Great Wall funding come from then?

Vegas stitched him up a tad..revenge maybe sweet on Steve Wynn though.

The UN membership and overseas aid may well be pulled by Trump...enough cash to build several walls.

Trump not paying tax....well he broke no laws....the law is an *** ***.

Simplistic rubbish and the reason the left is getting spanked all over.
Frankly, you're wrong in nearly everything you come out with so get back to your Guardian women's pages.

Not at all, as this shows:-http://college.usatoday.com/2016/11/09/how-we-voted-by-age-education-race-and-sexual-orientation/

“I love the poorly educated!” Trump once exclaimed.

Less educated Americans did vote him into the White House.(Check the pie charts under education).

College graduates and postgraduates voted overwhelmingly for Clinton, whereas those with just a high school education "or less" or "some college" education voted largely in favour of Trump.

The reason that the left "is getting spanked all over" is that your misogynistic comments etc have become much more acceptable and mainstream on the alt-right.

(Btw,The Guardian dropped its women's pages some time ago).

Does that make The Guardian misogynostic?

The liberal media luvvies love to portray anybody not agreeing with them.....uneducated...bigoted...racist...blah blah.

Maybe it's getting close to shutting media outlets down...nothing more than propaganda machines for the rich and powerful.

Meanwhile,

Protests are in full drive mode...Trump ain't my president they scream, tears streaming down their rose coloured cheeks, the world is in danger they wail....why not arrest them all and send them to the far flung countries they care about.

Rentamob.

The reason the 'left is getting spanked all over' (if you can call Clinton that, she's still pretty right-wing despite her pandering to liberal crowds and some of Remain's strongest supporters were wealthy city boys) is because Clinton decided the best strategy was to slag off Trump's fans. If you're an undecided voter what that's going to say to you is 'Clinton thinks you're an idiot for even considering Trump', and why would undecided voters choose someone like that?

all types of media have been analysing who voted which way and one of the main factors in this election was whether the voter was college educated or not - so that will get reported.
Trump has made numerous racist statements and things that would fall into the dictionary definition of bigoted - so people who vote for him will get put into those categories with him.

Shut down media outlets? For a government to do that would smack of a dictatorship. I don't know much about the US media but over here the main news outlets (other than BBC / ITV) are run by a tiny clique of foreign billionaires who have mass influence over opinion in this country but don't even pay tax here. Shutting these down is better to come from consumer boycotts and that is where the 'Don't buy the Sun' and the anti Mail 'Stop funding hate' campaigns have come from.

The 'not my President' protests - I see this as a good thing. It's an expression of freedom that these protests can exist. Voters had an A or B choice really. They can tick one of those boxes but democracy should not end there. Trump ran a divisive campaign and the things he said and got voted in on make many people feel less safe if their fellow citizens will vote for a man who said those things. They didn't look like a rentamob - they looked like people who Trump had insulted - Mexicans, Chinese, Muslims, many many women, and others that will stand with those that feel threatened by his rhetoric and the result. He reaps what he sows.
Hopefully his words were just bluster to get notice and he will now change track. But for now less votes went to Trump than went to Clinton and due to the nature of his campaign a sizeable amount of the American public will be embarrassed and angry that he is their representative.

Trump made racist statements....or he told the truth !as millions of Americans agreed with him...perhaps they are all racist?

The protesters appear to be a mixture of the mad and insane and pot smokers....I suggest somebody begun this on social media ,now the somebody could be anyone but he/she has been paid for it IMO.

Every person in the protest who has had their few seconds of fame have all been young student like people apart from one crazy middle aged woman who was saying..the children I fear for all the children.....funny thing was one onlooker was interviewed,he was a Latino and suggested they were protesting against democracy !

Funnyoldworld.

For some reason I can't think of this morning reminds me of an Angry of Mayfair moment

there were many thousands of them in many parts of the States but if you think you can tell the 'type' of person each of them were then I'm not sure how you'd gauge that but that's up to you

No i said the ones interviewed !

How many protesters in total across the US....let's assume 250,000(I'm being generous)..00.15% of the population or thereabouts.

You didn't say that but thanks for clarifying that is what you meant to say.

Most people don't join spontaneous protests - which is probably a good thing as you are suggesting they are all arrested. You for example - you are very vocal and hold opinions on a variety of subjects - how many protests have you attended? Protests are never a notable % of the population so I'd suggest putting your calculator away.

Being honest I have never protested in my life, couldn't be bothered really as those in power rarely listen.

Bloke try reading what I write as I have stated those interviewed and where Trump nay find the cash for the wall, yet you still ask the same question.

Would you agree that the ability to protest is the sign of a strong democracy?

And long may that continue, we may not always agree with each others opinions on here, but we should defend, no matter what their right to have them and voice them.

Oh absolutely I agree 100%, but there's a difference between voicing an opinion and outright trolling for a reaction that some (and I include Mrs B in this) are guility of. It gets tiresome when people post anecdotes as an example of the collapse of modern society when there is very little, if any, evidence behind their claims.

Yes !

My point is those who voted had their say, those who didn't vote Lost their tight yo say...Clinton actually had 100,000 more votes which is strange in itself.

Maybe,maybe not.

However I don't go onto Internet forums and publicly declare "your on ignore"....I don't ignore anyone on here simply because it's crazy stating that in the first place.

Dont you agree or am I still on ignore:winking:
