If this game goes ahead , we really need to show our ‘intent’ to Walsall.
ALL of our players MUST be in short sleeves, no tights and no gloves.
Maybe even sweatbands for more effect ?
In fact , if it’s one of those odd occasions where the away team brings the wrong kit and the shirts ‘clash’ , we should offer to play in ‘skins’.
Pysche them out early.

MAF wears gloves in the summer, expect he’ll have his thermals on today

i forgot we had the covers, i looked at that photo without my reading glasses and thought ' that tractor has made a mud bath of our pitch

Ok no trains from Rayleigh, bus replacement only at present.
Anyone know if the civic centre car park is open?
Is there much snow on the ground in the town?
I'm determined to get to the game if it's on.
Thanks

Some whingy Walsall fans on Twitter moaning it's not safe for them to travel.....

I'm told about 200 volunteers are at the Hall. Well done to you all, fantastic effort. I will be press ganging a few floating fans into coming for that effort.

Is it still frozen underneath or ok - especially South Stand end!!

Unfortunately I couldn’t make it to help out, but hearing through the grapevine that the pitch is fine underneath the covers, although not sure how true that is.

Fantastic effort, well done Blue Army:smile: but what is the car park like? Being disabled I can’t risk falling over on that slope? Many of the faithful are ambulant like me, parking and walking to the ground is a big issue!

Make up for the Walsall ones too precious to try then :hilarious:
