Not the best half of football I've seen us play, although you have to give Argyl a bit of credit for that. For all our uncertainty on the ball and difficulty to find our own players, we should have been level just before they scored their second. That second goal really contained a huge slice of luck with a deflection that appeared to maked a shot destined for a conversion, end up in the back of our net. The delayed reaction from their supporters shows they were as shocked as Oxley. Our players and CP got very angry at the end of the half when Turner seemed to suffer a violent blow from one of their players, who was subsequently booked. Need to forget the injustice and disappointment of that first forty-five minutes and try to find a way back into the game, early in the second-half. Difficult........... but not impossible.

We were just getting back into it when they got the spawny deflection which Ox could do nothing about. We just haven't been good enough today though. Plymouth the better side and Ryan Taylor not being handled very well. He seemed lucky not to get red for elbowing Turner but fat little ref seems to have home team in his accie. All not lost yet. They don't look great at the back but we will need to massively improve

I must be watching a different game to some on here. The first goal was down to us being asleep to the danger early on, we've done it to several teams at the Hall recently. the second was just bloody hard luck from a deflection. That said, the effort and commitment is there, and we are finding Blues players when we pass but the vital final balls into their box are poor.

Had Coxy been more alert to the rebound to Yearwood's shot we would have been right back in it.
and that is why 60 seconds later it was 2-0. Not bad luck !

We have been outplayed by Argyle. Simple fact I'm afraid. Still, it ain't raining and the sun is out.

Ferdinand has to come back in for the next game!
