Bumped into Danny Greaves this morning he is good pals with Tilly and says he is up for a return that he thinks Barrett may well prefer staying at Millwall as our financial issues are well known.He said that Lee Harrison the goal keeping coach said doesn't seem to he a obvious candidate and that as Waddock is caretaker manager in theory that he may well get the job if he picks up points quickly
 
Heard that Phil Parkinson wasn't interested yesterday, the message I got said that Parkinson has the same agent as Powell. Not sure if that was a reason for him not wanting it or they just put that in as a bonus fact haha
 
i have a feeling that Nathan Jones will be sacked within next couple of weeks. Is it worth Ron waiting to see how this situation plays out? Jones would be a great appointment, former player with proven league 1 experience.

The playing budget for this season is nearly twice what Tilly had in our season in the Championship

Kightly was apparently on 7k a week last season, Turner 4.5k so just those two leaving created a lot of headroom in the Budget for Bond.

The source feels there is currently a massive disconnect between the players staff and the fans and that needs to be sorted out.

He couldn't believe the tactics that Bond was using and was aghast that he did things like playing Elvis wide right for a couple of games

He does however like the squad and thinks we are capable of much much more than we are showing at present.

Wether or not Tilly and AB get the job remains to be seen but thought it worth giving you all the update

Jones did well at Luton but they were a big club on the up, it's not the same situation.

Also he's chopped and changed with Stoke, using 24 players so far. Do we really need someone else doing that?
