Yep we’re looking to do that next season. Season Ticket sales in that area and probably put Children section in thereChesterfield have got it right, get away fans in the corner somewhere and give behind the goal for the home fans to fill it, seems to be doing wonders for their impeccable home record.
What do you expect ? Your away section wants condemning. I’m 77 and under foot and leg room is none existent.Another game where the mighty Shrimpers will take more away than travelled to us
The Beer parlour.Decent away day, nice little ale bar 10 minutes walk away.
Already? And from where are you looking?I think this one will sell well..
I can see 800+ travelling up.
You may have been unlucky @greyerfox, GYS Jnr lives in Chesterfield and regularly travels that line to get back here. He generally gets more grief getting from Norwich to GY.Twice used this service from Norwich and twice had severe delays. Leave yourself sufficient margin on the outbound leg. EMR have a decent refund policy which I have used to advantage. Enjoy the trip but be aware that it is a four coach unit and can be very crowded. Hope you see Blues complete the double. COYB.
The Beer parlour.
Go for total psychological warfare, bung away fans in a corner , remove the roof , take away the onions = no atmosphere, cold wet and miserableYep we’re looking to do that next season. Season Ticket sales in that area and probably put Children section in there
.
No but there is an excellent butcher 200 yards on main road. Closes 2pmHello, quick question, does The Beer Parlour sandwiches at all?
You have an allocated pub near ground Red Lion. Not been to Chesterfield before. Where is a good away fans pub near the ground?
And what facilities are there in the away corner?
Donkey Derby won’t let away fans inI've had a couple of recommends from Spireites of the Donkey Derby Pub or Old Brick Lane, good for food apparently and about 10 mins from ground, if that's any help.
Rest of our ground isn't much better! What do you expect ? Your away section wants condemning. I’m 77 and under foot and leg room is none existent.
I know the grounds been neglected but it really is an uncomfortable part of the ground.
