Ticket News Chesterfield (away) - Saturday 27th January, 3pm

I notice some Norfolk based fans (as I am too) travel by train from Norwich. However I found that line across to Liverpool runs with very old trains with only about 4 carriages and the seats are particularly uncomfortable. I am therefore driving from Yarmouth area and staying overnight in Rotherham where I have friends to catch up with. The East Anglian branch of the Shrimpers must stay in touch with each other.
Yep, see my posts #35 and 37 above. It is an experience to do the whole trip across country. Arriving at Ely Station and then reversing out is something else! 4 coach diesel unit staffed by (usually) sympathetic folks. Encouraged passengers to apply for refunds because of late running. There is a refreshment trolley service normally but may be best to get coffee and bacon butty at Naarridge station to be going on with. Let's hope those travelling don't have to worry about snow postponement. COYB

Yes, I’ve seen and spoken to a couple of Shrimpers in Diss Tescos!

Another Shrimper in the next village from mine who I go to games with.

Used that train to get to Kings Lynn for the away game (had to change at Ely I think) and yes, it’s a pretty crap old train.

Around 370 sold so far. Another team we will out number with our away attendance vs theirs. Should be close to 500 on the day I would think

Block E2 now available for Chesterfield away tickets.
345 sold do far (front 3 rows of Block E1 were never available)

How much does that corner of the east side hold? If we were to sell a thousand as someone said, would we get moved to the end behind goal?

Another game where the mighty Shrimpers will take more away than travelled to us
