Too be fair Mo Farah is quite quick and good at running but I wouldn't suggest playing him at centre-mid.

There's a reason we haven't seen anything of Woodyard, he's probably not up to scratch (yet).

Didn't we extend his deal though in the summer? As I was shocked to see him in Madrid as I thought he'd been released with all the other yoofies. PS must see something in the kid.

dont think it helps either with the lack of reserve team games that we have, if we had a bigger squad i would think he might be out on loan as well but with numbers a bit on the low side we have to keep him on the bench.

Yes, but that still doesn't mean he's ready for first team football. Personally I think he should be on loan, but in PS we trust...

I thought he signed a two year deal last summer, so wasn't up for renewal.

Woodyard played a mix of defensive and midfield duties during the summer. I believe he has something to offer the club and would be more than happy to see him included in tomorrow's starting line up.

There are rumours around that concerned his contract and allegedly changes that were suggested, which he turned down. Placing him on the transfer list (or "circulating his name") was, apparently, a direct result of this.
