Rather ashamed to say that I thought that was Ming the Merciless at first.

In my defence, Superman 2 was a good decade before my time (in fact, I very much doubt I've ever sat through that film before. I blame the graphics).

As to the baldness, roll with it mate. Worst comes to the worst you'll end up looking like Lex Luther, and he didn't do that bad despite having a head so hair-free he could polish it.
