Question Bas Savage

Savage was funny but not as funny as the bloke who stands with you running down the stairs to shout at him almost falling over in the process :)

oh yeah Scrounger hasn't posted on here about that yet. He did look knackered by the the time he ran back up the stairs as well.

And had several people on here begging Tilson to sign him when his six month contract at Brighton expired that Christmas, too.

I'm glad i'm not the only one who remembered this !!!

He was an absolute disgrace yesterday

It's simple really. Is Bas Savage the most ridiculous footballer you have ever seen play at any level.

He more than worth the admission fee today. What an absolute clown. It is the only time I have ever seen a player go down to a backdrop of people laughing at him. The rolling around was hilarious. Although he should have been sent off, I would have been disappointed if he had.

He even outdid the woeful referee today as the biggest clown out there.

The simple answer to this question is yes. The guy was a total joke and went to ground easier than a Todd Carty dancing on ice session. Please dont ever mention Baz Savage and footballer in the same sentence again.

Apologies for that, I took exception to that particular incident. Fingers crossed that a camera didn't pick it up as I don't fancy being on Third Eye for that one.

a complete and utter ****. why he needed the countless rolls and why he wasnt booked for simulation atleast 7 times i dont know. Raise a hand and its a red so thats amusing in itself and the foul on Dorian in 2nd half was yellow worthy minimum. Suprised his gaffer kept him on!

I think that by then it was obvious the ref wasn't ever going to book him again so there was no need to take him off to protect him...

I thought Savage should have been sent off but if he had then I dont think we would have won the game. The fact that Tranmere were pushing forward to try and get a winner allowed us space to create late opportunities to win the game. If savage was sent off and they put ten men behind the ball we dont have the creative players to have broken them down.

I'm not sure that's true actually. For the last 10 minutes or so they had everyone behind the ball anyway. They would have just had one less player behind the ball...

No no!

that was brilliant!

We all wanted to do it anyway.. (after we'd stopped laughing)

They got forward quite a lot in the last ten minutes, in fact there were at least two occasions where they had more players forward than we had back. Even their manager had a dig at a few of his players for not getting back quick enough when Mildenhall took the freekick quickly which led to our winner.
