After todays results, and taking estimated guesses that we'll beat both Barnsley and Luton, but lose to Preston and Plymouth, the table going into the final day is as follows:
Hull 50 -13
Leeds 46 - 24
----------------------
Southend 45 -26
Barnsley 42 -32
Luton 38 -25
Leaving it down to the final day to decide. With us away to Southampton, if they're comfortably inside or outside of the play-offs we have without doubt the easier tie, as Leeds travel to Derby in a potential title-clincher.
Of course, if we can snatch a point or 3 at Preston, Plymouth or both we'll only have to equal Leeds' result to stay up at their expense.
So, all in all, We're far from dead yet. Luton are Buried already and could even be official relegated before we play them and Barnsley are a team we know we can beat on a faster downward spiral than us.
