Best Southend team with 4 letters in the surname

Best Southend XI with players whose surnames only have 4 letters. So far, I have Hone at right-back and Mark Hall and Derek Hall on the wings and Billy Best up front.

Any suggestions?

If you drop Billy Best, it'll be quicker to do a worst Southend XI.
