I was watching 'The Reader' last night, and there's a bit of a bath scene (hope nobody thinks this a spoiler or anything) at which point the missus and I both turned to each other and said that Kate Winslet doesn't seem to need too much encouragement to get her kit off. This kind of got me thinking of other actors/actresses who maybe aren't famous for going skimpy in public, but bang up for it on celluloid.

So, in a blatantly ripped off from 'Knocked Up' feature (there's another one right there - Seth Rogen) which actors/actresses were you surprised/not surprised to see naked, and in which films?

May have to check that out, recently I've started to 'appreciate' Kate Winslet a bit more. Might have to watch this if there's a bit of nude action going on.

I seem to recall Patsy Kensit getting undressed if it's 'right for the role' (ie she's paid enough money)

I probably should have predicted that someone would attach pictures and pre-tagged with a NSFW accordingly!

One of my favourites was sweet Jenny Agutter in 'An American Werewolf in London'. As a young lad that had only just seen her, and still had a schoolboy crush on her from 'The Railway Children' it was an eye-opener I can tell you. I seem to recall that she went on to do a string of gratuitous scenes of nekkidness in several subsequent films...
