Obviously it's a quiet day at Southend's HQ as all people can find to write about is nit picking on the smallest of points Chris Kamara has made!!

Kamara has made himself a nice little niche at Sky as being the only regular pundit that bothers to take any interest in the lower leagues.

Though he talked us down a bit before the play off final (as he does seem to be mates with Keith Alexander at Lincoln), all else I've seen towards us is pretty fair. That one example only is all I can think of as to why so many people on here bad mouth the fella.

It a good article and he says some nice things about us. I like Chris Kamara he is always interesting to listen and yes he does know about the lower Leagues.
