D-day - HMRC

So that thankfully sounds as if this debt has been cleared but HMRC will now know what else is overdue and this is will now no doubt be the subject of another WUO that is unless a time to pay can be agreed because without one the embargo cannot be removed
Most of the EFL are in the same boat as us now have deferred their tax liabilities. The EFL probably will lift the embargo as otherwise they would have to put 10's of EFL into one on the same basis. This is why they granted an extension on their default notice regulations and will probably have to continue to do so..

Seem to recall I read that tax liabilities can be deferred to March 2021.

The club has been run in an unstainable way for the past x years what on earth do you expect this bill to be paid with now there is literally no income?
All Championship Clubs and most of L1 & L2 clubs are run in an unsustainable way wholly reliant on their owner- as has always been the case the money comes from our owner who unlike a number of others has a large project that is planned to address the issue. However, whilst as a result we may outlast a number of other clubs the question will be not where the money is coming from now, but how will the club be sustainable at Fossets. In part this relies as much on the talks between the Prem & EFL and redistributing income as anything individual clubs can easily do. Nonetheless the new wage cap is a big step forward.

Here we go

Debt paid in full - dismissal with costs.

Slight curveball at the end with someone else coming in, but their debt had been paid too!

Not sure what that wrangling with the supporting creditor was all about, another writ on its way?

Told you, Ron had it covered. Though I’m going to miss watching our fanbase trying to start up a Phoenix club and arguing over what to call it, where to play etc. As for Ranger, Ron’s ruled it out but if he’s fit enough to last 45 mins I’ll be shocked. He had his chance.

Ordinarily id say no but given the situation we are in. If Ranger was the difference between national league and league 2, I'd go and pick him up right now
He left us 2 years ago and hasn’t had a club since. He couldn’t be bothered to turn up to training on time when he was here, do you really think he’s kept himself fit to the level of a professional footballer in the past 2 years without a club?
