If an embargo was put in place purely because a WUO had been issued then you would think so but the normal reason for an embargo revolves around failing to pay HMRC the PAYE etc on time but even then if you gave agreed to pay your overdue debts over a period of time then that normally would obviate the need for an embargo.

There is another issue clattering around and non filing of the Companies accounts in time has the threat of an embargo.

So the answer to your question is no idea

I can't see that forthcoming until planning permission for Fossett's is granted, which is aimed for by the end of the year.
