Just said on BBC news that half of a giant aircraft hanger has been stolen from an air museum in Essex!*! :omg:

just seen on the news that half an aircraft hanger has gone missing from rural essex. dome / hangar - same thing?

You don't think...

just read on a BBC web page that part of an aircraft hanger has gone missing.

He wouldn't, would he.

And you all thought I was making it up....:dim:

now it seems we don't have the Sainsburys money, FF design is undergoing an overhaul. RM will be buying lots of cheap domes to create the ShrimperDome & Training Centre....

Can you say why we don't? I'm sure if a poll was done about who wants to know where the dome money came from, most would say they want to know.

Wanting something and feeling that you're entitled to something or deserve to have something are two completely different things.

O.K. we'll put it your way then. Why don't you think we deserve to know where the dome money came from?

Does the 'dome money' even exist? We don't know the terms of the payment for the dome, it could well be installments over a number of years, with a plan to create revenue from pitch hire etc

Quite possibly but the plan, if £2m is true, would have to be a greater work of fiction than Harry Potter and equally involve a magic wand. The sums are not too difficult to work out on pitch hire and the possible returns. For it to turn a profit and service a loan would be something special and in order to repay the original outlay would require an investment that went on for many years.

The dome is being taken down at the moment, will take time, so I expect it's be ready by Jan 2015.

And if Phil Brown said a player had done well in a friendly match and would feature in Saturday's match would you actually expect that player to get any game time?

How very dare you! Are you suggesting that the exalted PB may be guilty of intentional inaccuracies? He is a paragon of virtue. Err nope. He never says anything he does not mean. Err nope again. OK you are right YB

Like he said "Payne will start" and the next game Payne started .... no of course he won't!

Good god we've spent half a mill on an Ikea lampshade

Not for the first time...we've invested in a few in the past who hung around too long and did nowt else. But, in all seriousness (not), it would be nice for someone to shed some light on the matter:smile:

This is not necessarily my views, just what I felt would work well for the meme :winking:
