i wonder if anyone would like to see any of last nights 8 ex-shrimpers to score still at the hall?

I wonder how many people wanted any of these players to stay at the time they left - some, but far from all, wanted Hooper to stay but was there much fuss about any of the others? Charlie Mac is starting to score regularly and doubtless if Brentford go up some will then question why we sold him, but when he was here just about everyone wrote him off as an honest trier but not good enough.

But giving a guy 10 minutes at the end of a game to prove himself is pretty hard. I would of loved to of kept Charlie Mac and given him more of a run out.
