Like I say, Mrs B***, you can pick and choose all you like...and over and over again. But just to humour you, how many titles was that for Spurs in the last few decades? Second place isn't a notable
achievement....ho hum

Here's one for you.

Can you guess the club.....City based with new stadium and just one point above us?:hilarious:

How does the stat work out between clubs who have a new stadium only, and those with a stadium that brings in other revenue?

Coventry.....they have no other revenue apart from ticket sales...from ticketing they have to pay salaries, rent, and all other costs.

Sad to say I can see their stadium being demolished for a vast housing estate unless new buyers can be found.

Why would the current owners, Wasps, demolish their stadium?

What about TV money, shirt sales, sponsorship etc.

Match tickets are their only income,City have no other income streams from any non Matchday or Matchday sales...food ,bars restaurants and so on..the FC get nowt.

So what about TV money, transfer fees or shirt sales.

Surely the cup and league pools are paid to the football club, as well as transfer fees.
look at SUFCs accounts, the income streams should be the same, both are football clubs who dont own their own Stadium.

City lease the Ricoh at a whopping 1.3 million per year payable to the council....the club has no income from food and bar sales, restaurant ,hotel or casino on site,Corp facilities,concerts.........merchandise and tickets are the only income.

Any cup revenue I would imagine goes into paying rent which at nearly £30,000 per week is mental.

You must be so glad we aren't in that position. Nor will we

I have heard a few mutterings that next season will be our last at Roots Hall and we will be in the new stadium for the 2018/2019 season.
